Ordering wallpaper:
To order wallpaper from us, first measure your wall and then select rolls of the appropriate width and height. The panels will butt-join.
The order of all rolls is marked on the back, as well as the bottom of the wallpaper.

At Bluebird, we offer rolls in the following widths: 0.5 m and 1 m.
0.5 m strips are easier to install, while 1 m strips guarantee fewer pattern joints. Both widths are available in four lengths/heights: 1.5, 2, 2.5, and 3 m.

After receiving your order, our graphic designer will prepare a visualization of the pattern, tailored to your wall dimensions, with a suggested pattern scale. Because we are a wallpaper manufacturer, we do not offer standard pattern sizes; we adapt the pattern scale to your interior and preferences, ensuring a perfect fit.
The visualization you approve will be sent for printing and cut into the rolls of your choice. There's no need to search for pattern joints yourself. The wallpaper will be as repeatable as in the submitted visualization.
Adjusting the pattern yourself, using any scrap pieces in places other than the specified order of the panels, will result in a discontinuity of the pattern.

Reordering Missing rolls:
When reordering wallpaper, or if rolls are missing or damaged, the new rolls may slightly differ in color. However, the colors are usually the same.

Samples can be ordered from us through our website. The turnaround time is 3-7 business days. The pattern scale on the samples is only a suggestion and can be refined with us when selecting the wallpaper. Colors may vary slightly depending on the material chosen.

Thanks to the high quality of the materials and the UV GEL printing method, all our wallpapers can be wiped with a damp cloth or even with a light detergent. They are therefore somewhat waterproof. However, if water is to constantly and daily come into contact with the wallpaper, it is worth considering additional protection such as laminate or resin.
Excessive humidity can also be a factor in bathroom wallpaper. The type of material and laminate protection are irrelevant.

Returns:
Returns are only accepted for products that have not been modified or custom-designed, such as changing the wallpaper tone or color, or customizing the wallpaper dimensions. This is only possible if the product is undamaged. Returns are processed within two weeks and should be sent to the store address. Returns or complaints are not accepted for products already installed on the wall.

Self-adhesive wallpaper - 300g self-adhesive polyester fabric (weight with adhesive and backing paper, fabric weight 120g),
Intended for application on walls, furniture, and doors. The wallpaper has a smooth finish.
Smooth non-woven wallpaper - non-woven paper, no adhesive required. The backing material is a special high-quality non-woven fabric. Dry sheets can be applied directly to walls or ceilings covered with adhesive. The material has all applicable certificates, including non-flammability. Appropriate PVA glue should be used for application. The wallpaper has a smooth finish.
Structured wallpaper - non-woven wallpaper without adhesive or vinyl on non-woven fabric. The material has all applicable certificates, including non-flammability. Our textured wallpapers are available in four finishes: classic sand, where the material will have a subtle bulge/structure similar to fine sand; the finish can also be compared to sandpaper.
The second version is much more distinctive – textured concrete non-woven fabric – the fabric has a raw concrete finish.
Additionally, two vinyl wallpapers with a textured finish are available: vinyl on non-woven fabric with a canvas texture and vinyl on non-woven fabric with a brush texture.
All wallpapers are easy to clean, even with mild detergents, and are resistant to mechanical damage and UV radiation.
