Returns
- Only products that are not individual orders (individual projects) can be returned.
- Products can be returned if they do not carry any signs of damage or use.
- The products you want to return need to be sent within 14 days of delivery (after this time has elapsed we do not accept returns) Please send the products you wish to return to the following address: BlueBird Design

- Our store does not refund shipping costs.
- The costs of return shipping will be paid by the Customer not the Store.
Payment methods
Bank transfers:
After ordering your products you will recive a confirmation e-mail with all our bank / transfer details. Once we have recived the transfer on our accout we will ship your posters – when choosing this payment method, your order might be shipped a bit later.
Credit or Debit Card Payments. We accept the following card:

Shipment
We ship throughout Europe.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and are dependant based on the type of shipping method chosen. Oders shipped within Poland have the option of being shipped via Postal Services or Inpost Delivery Services.
Orders to European countries outside of Poland are always shipped with polish Postal Services – delivery time depending on country ranges typically from 2-10 days.
Upon delivery please check if the merchandise has not been damaged during transportation. After your have signed for your order all damages that occur from that moment on are on your side.
